First I would like to thank all of you for praying for me last week. I am doing ok. Just taking one day at a time.
Now for the prayers: My friend Cathy is real sick with a flu virus. She has a high fever, chills, vomiting. She could not even take a shower without getting sick.
A friend of mine named Theresa is having major problems. Adult protective services has been called on behalf of her Mom, Ruth. I was on the phone with Theresa the other day and she was giving her Mom 2 Adavant and 2 sleeping pills. 2 days before that, her Mom was saying her chest was tight(she has a cold) and Theresa gave her a nitro tablet. Adult SS has been called before by paramedics who picked her Mom up. Her Mom was having breathing problems and the paramedics came. There was feces in Ruth's shoes as they grabbed them for her to put on and the place was a mess. They have no heat in their house and no hot water. Please pray for them both and that they get the help they need.
My friend Jen had to put one of her cats down this week and is very distressed over this.
